The older they get, the busier we get...

When I was in my 20's, I always laughed at my older friends who had children...they could never find the time to watch television at night. Now that I am one of them, I can't remember the last time I watched a show that wasn't DVR'd. It seems like we have something to do after school every single day and by the time we get home, eat dinner, and get Bella into bed I am so frickin' tired I can't even think straight.

In Allie news, another trip to the vet was in order. She woke up on Saturday and couldn't move. Her back legs were immobilized and no amount of coaxing could get her to walk. After a trip to the vet and a bill of $325.00, we discovered that her vertebrae is shaped funny (a common trait for Frenchies). I made a thousand calls to specialists and chiropractors and finally got in touch with the breeder who told me that it wasn't her spine but a slipped disc. She is on pain killers and anti-inflammatory medication and is acting like nothing was wrong. She even decided to go for a little spin around the neighborhood today without telling us. I think she covered alot of ground by the way she was panting when she arrived back home.

Isabella is doing amazing. She started tumbling at Nittany Cheer on Monday nights and has now mastered a cartwheel. She is also doing ballet on Tuesdays which consists of lots of twirling and coloring....don't ask. $144.00 so my kid can color?? She loves school but would prefer to stay home....I think she caught on that if she is sick, she gets to skip school. Every morning she wakes up with a new ailment. Her foot hurts, her head hurts, her eye hurts, her belly hurts. A new one everyday. Lucky me who has to listen to it all the way to school.

Elisabeth is also doing amazingly well. She just got her report card... 4.36 (yes, that is .36 above a 4.0). She got herself a new pair of Uggs for that one. She is also doing cheering 3 times a week and LOVING it:) Our new obsession is new Twilight Movie: Breaking Dawn. I won't even tell you how many times we have seen it and it just came out on Friday. We actually got the last 2 tickets to the midnight showing and went together. It was so much fun but we were dead in the morning (the picture of her smiling is the one taken at the movie). She also had her first trip to the chiropractor to get adjusted and fell asleep, along with her grandmother, at church last night.

That's the news. Todd's family was here for 4 days and we had a wonderful time. We leave for Canada on Wednesday for Thanksgiving with my mom:) LOVE the holidays!!!
